Marriott Hotel Ithaca

WPD led the project approvals, project coordination, and site planning for the Marriott, (then titled "Hotel Ithaca").

The project team purchased the land for the City of Ithaca and oversaw the transfer of land by the Common council/City of Ithaca to the Ithaca Urban Renewal Agency; oversaw the CIITAP and IDA tax incentive process; and received zoning variances for area and height.

Today the Marriott features first-class hospitality and dining and is integrated as part of the Ithaca Commons and “Restaurant Row”.
