East Hill Village Associates (Leyland Alliance, EdR, and Charter Realty) has begun to develop plans for a walkable urban neighborhood close to Cornell, choosing the current 35-acre East Hill Plaza, which has been identified by both the Town of Ithaca and Cornell University as a potential high-density mixed-use node.
