Collegetown Crossing 

WPD helped coordinate the municipal approvals for this in-fill mixed-use development project as one of the first applications of a form-based code in Ithaca in the bustling Collegetown district adjacent to Cornell University, including obtaining a zoning variance for parking requirements. 

WPD developed a design proposal for a dynamic pocket park to create a through-block connection between the new development and an existing municipal building, in accordance with the Collegetown Comprehensive Plan.
