Cayuga Park

Cayuga Park is a mixed-use development that extends Ithaca’s city grid across the vital Route-13 corridor to create a new walkable neighborhood within Ithaca’s evolving Waterfront District.

Public site features include play areas, a market plaza, as well as critical connections to two adjacent grocery stores, a seasonal farmers market, and the Cayuga Waterfront Trail.

WPD has held a leadership role in the project team since the project’s conception, coordinating discussions between community groups, municipal agencies, multiple owners and investors, and project teams.
