Working with STREAM Collaborative, WPD led the local team of designers and engineers from inception through municipal review.
Work on the new 7 story, 77,000 square foot, 131 room downtown infill project included site design, coordination of site plan and zoning review, and coordination of acquisition of land and site assemblage.
WPD developed the design of landscaped entrances, paving options, and outdoor seating trellises with bench and lighting options in coordination with the project design team.
