Located across the Chenango River from Downtown Binghamton, 50 Front Street is a 122-unit mixed-use apartment complex that includes patios spaces, outdoor kitchens, a pergola, dog park, fire pit, and large centralized lawn.
The project’s site programming offers both intimate and flexible recreational spaces for residents and families, includes patio spaces, outdoor kitchens, a pergola, dog park, fire pit area, and a large centralized lawn.
The circular form of the design organizes the site, provides circulation and ADA accessable access to the building, and addresses the site’s challenging grading through design choices that highlight this area’s unique riverfront character and animates the site’s forms.
