Designed to be a community-focused hub, this mixed-use building and adjacent outdoor gathering space transformed a previously undefined edge into a transition zone between active campus and densely-inhabited Collegetown neighborhood.

Inspired by the fluid forms of Cascadilla Gorge, custom curvilinear benches and locally-sourced limestone mediate grade change from the sidewalk to the plaza, providing a safe open space for students to gather away from the heavily-utilized intersection.
