Designed to be a community-focused hub, this mixed-use building and adjacent plaza provides high-quality commercial, residential, and public open space for the Collegetown community.
Inspired by the fluid forms of Cascadilla Gorge, custom curvilinear benches and locally-sourced limestone are used to mediate grade change from the sidewalk to the plaza.
