East Hill Village 

East Hill Village Associates (Leyland AllianceEdR, and Charter Realty) has begun to develop plans for a walk-able and urbane neighborhood close to Cornell, choosing the current 35-acre East Hill Plaza, which has been identified by both the Town of Ithaca and Cornell University as a potential high-density mixed-use node. WPD is coordinating public engagement (with our colleagues at Brous Consulting), leading the entitlement process, and working on site and zoning design team members (Urban Design Associates, Studio Ma, and Perkins Eastman).
