Whitham Planning & Design prepared the landscape plan for the 21 unit town home complex to be located along North Triphammer Road in the Town of Lansing. Reflecting the site agricultural past, the design includes clusters of apple, pear, and cherry trees throughout the development, resembling an abandoned orchard. In addition, the design includes large areas of "no mow" lawn to both contribute to the agricultural aesthetic of the development and to reduce the amount of mow-able lawn.
WPD worked with Stampfl Associates on this project.
